This is the second piece in my painting series called Chakra Angels. It is titled Flowing Through Time because sometimes we feel as if there is not enough time to live our lives untainted by hardship and powerful emotions. This image of an angel reminds us to stand our ground, wait for the waters to clear, and make peace with this emotional side of ourselves. This piece represents a tender balance between strength and surrender. So often, we believe we must strive endlessly to prove our worth, only to lose ourselves in the effort. This piece is a reminder to release the struggle, to let our emotions move through us, and to allow life to unfold as it will. This painting is a mix of oil and acrylic on canvas and measures 24 inches by 30 inches.
